You'll build and manage partnerships with Snap's Local Media Agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat. Working from our Riyadh office, you'll need extensive business development expertise, great solution selling, operational and people skills, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.What you'll do:Define and execute KSA strategy to accelerate revenue growth for your designated Local Media AgenciesIdentify and develop strategic partnership opportunities across various departments within Local Media AgenciesHold responsibility for the financial performance of your Local Media Agencies; work to ensure annual and quarterly partnership targets are metAct as the trusted primary point of contact, escalation point and thought leader for your Local Media AgenciesFirmly establish Snapchat as a leading brand building and business driving platform in the eyes of multiple Agency constituentsDevelop and deliver scaled education & programming across all Agency disciplines (media, digital, strategic planning)Conduct formal business reviews with Local Media Agencies leadership and key constituenciesUnderstand Agencies' businesses and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needsProvide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of Agency incl. Executive, Investment, Planning, Social and ResearchWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across new and existing customersTrack revenue performance across the Local Media Agencies portfolio in KSA and determine corrective measures where neededKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionallyUnderstanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain languageExperience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to work in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentProven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputationExceptional communication and presentation skillsMinimum Qualifications:BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience12+ years of business development, marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accountsExperience working with executive contacts and growing revenue through the development of long term partnershipsFluent in English and ArabicPreferred Qualifications:Experience in business development, sales, and marketing in a sales/commission-based role to advertising agenciesAbility to influence and communicate cross-functionallyUnderstanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain languageExperience working with deeply nuanced organizations, dealing with ambiguity, and an ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholdersExperience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentProven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputationDirect agency management experience at similar company
