Job Title: Planning EngineerExperience:Minimum 10 years' experience as a Planning Engineer.At least 5 years' experience in Saudi Arabia, working with an Aramco Contractor on Pipeline Projects and OMPP (Offshore Maintain Potential Projects).Job Location:Dammam/Khobar/Eastern Province, Saudi ArabiaEducation:Bachelor of Technology/EngineeringNationality:AnyGender:AnyVacancy:1Age Limit:40 YearsPreferred Candidate:Locally available in Saudi Arabia with Transferable IqamaEmployment Type:Full TimeCompany Industry:Oil & Gas/PetroleumDepartment/Functional Area:EngineeringKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to discuss timeframes, and gather and analyze project specifications and procedures.Monitor project progress against the project schedule, identify risks and delays, and provide timely updates and advisories to key stakeholders.Utilize specialist computer software to help keep the project on track and provide data analysis and project forecasts.Ensure all projects comply with Aramco standards and safety regulations.Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports or proposals.Supervise and provide guidance to junior planning engineers and other technical staff.Collaborate with supply chain and procurement departments to align project milestones with material deliveries.Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.PMP certification is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; Arabic is a plus.Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Ability to lead and manage teams.Proven record of effective project management and results delivery.Keywords:Planning Engineer, Planning Engineering, Planning, Engineering, Engineer, Aramco, Pipeline, OMPP, PMP.
