You'll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll lead and empower the logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment of warehouse, logistic engineering, and transport teams (Alstom employees or external providers) for our Dammam site. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Production, Quality), manage and optimize logistic flows to keep the physical and system flows aligned, and much more.We'll look to you for:Effective management of internal and external stakeholder relationships,Ensuring alignment between physical logistics operations and system data,Strategic leadership and direction to the logistics teams,Development and implementation of logistics performance metrics,Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations,Talent development and team building within the logistics department,Budget management and cost optimization for logistics activities.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
