Field Marketing Manager

About the Role:As a Field Marketing manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing key events from start to finish to enable marketing leads/funnel.What will you do:Prepare end-to-end plan for events in consultation with Marketing and Sales teams including ROI from events.Identify relevant industry events for CleverTap to attend in order to create brand visibility.Negotiate with vendors to secure exclusive positioning for CleverTap in events like global trade shows, virtual summits, and thought leadership programs to create brand awareness.Identify target audience in line with CleverTap product marketing audience to increase funnel for the Sales and Partnership team.Run standalone CleverTap summits like CXO meet-ups and leadership programs to increase funnel growth.Own annual event marketing strategy for targeted region to ensure execution and measurement.Liaise with Sales to understand their requirements from events and plan accordingly.What we are looking out for?Must have:2 years of experience in Field Marketing for SaaS products.Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Email Marketing tools.Good to have:MBA in Marketing.Experience in content writing.Measures of Success:#MQL / SQL Leads.# of events, mixers, meetups per quarter.# of registrations/participation.Brand Visibility - Share of Voice.Event budget adherence.Key Competencies:Functional: Client Management, Vendor Management, Collaboration with different functions, Social marketing skills.Behavioral: Team player, communication, social etiquette, attention to detail.Who you will report to: Director - Field MarketingWhy join us?Be a part of a global growth stage startup.Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contribution matters.You are passionate about technology and its impact on the high growth mobile technology space.Innovate at scale, with learning opportunities.
