Assistant MEP Technician
Job details
Job RoleTo perform MEP O&M duties associated with all the operations within the site.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.Knowledge of chilled water line installation, valve installations, pumps, and other components.Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.).Perform routine maintenance on systems, such as changing filters, checking electrical connections, and inspecting plumbing fixtures.Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.Assist senior technicians to operate and maintain the systems across all disciplines.Assess equipment for damage and propose rectification actions.Complete PPM activities and ensure they are carried out correctly and on time.Repair and maintenance works on site.Share shifts during weekends and emergency call-outs.Any duties to ensure full compliance with the service agreement.Skills RequiredTechnical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used within the project.Proficient in written and spoken English.Good organizational skills.Well-mannered with a neat and tidy appearance.
