Do not hesitate, it is time to apply!Job DescriptionThe role is to assist the Compliance Team and Finance Manager in the execution of daily tasks, client ledger and reconciliation, monitoring and reporting activities, and helping to improve financial processes and controls. The Junior Finance Controller will be strongly supported in their role, receiving appropriate training and working side by side with an experienced Finance Manager.Supporting the Compliance Team and Finance Manager to ensure the smooth running of the financial activitiesProcessing clients' transactionsPreparing and posting recurring journals in the General Ledger and clients' accountsProducing the monthly management accountsReconciling the general ledger (i.e. bank accounts) and maintaining appropriate recordsPreparing business and financial analysisPerforming Actual vs Budget analysisPreparing Quarterly VAT calculations and submission of returnsPreparing daily liquidity monitoringAssisting in the provision of reporting to the Management and the Board of DirectorsProviding assistance in the preparation of annual statutory accountsProviding assistance with external auditors as requiredLiaising with the Group Finance DepartmentImplementation of process improvementsAny other duties assigned by the Finance ManagerQualificationsDegree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred1-3 years of professional experience gained within the financial industryKnowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SEBI Regulations, and ADGM Rules and RegulationsFluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skillsNorthvale Limited is registered under the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market ("ADGM") with the Registered Number 000005935.Northvale is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority ("FSRA") and is a duly licensed Category 3A Firm.Please note that Northvale is an execution-only service provider.Trading in financial products involves significant risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors.
