- IILM University seeks an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive to lead our prestigious undergraduate Hotel and Services Management program across our Greater Noida and Gurugram campuses. The incumbent will report directly to the COO of the University
- Execute and oversee all aspects of the Hotel and Services Management undergraduate program
- Manage operations across both Greater Noida and Gurugram campuses
- Drive student satisfaction, academic excellence, and financial performance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel or service industry at leadership roles
- Proven track record of operational excellence and program growth
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and educational best practices
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Hotel Management or related field
