Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and a passion for technology. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities in various industries, including government, healthcare, finance, and others.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Understand client needs and requirements, and present appropriate solutions.
  3. Sales Process Management:
    • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the software development and project management teams to ensure a thorough understanding of product offerings and capabilities.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to the management team.
  5. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in software sales, preferably in the software development or IT services industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technologies.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience selling to government or large enterprise clients.
  2. Knowledge of industry-specific software solutions (e.g., healthcare, finance).
  3. Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000 - AED3,500.00 per month
