We embrace equal opportunities for all employees and are committed to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce.The Position:Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Operations, the Global Sales Manager-BVL Wholesale is responsible for leading and supporting the B2B wholesale brokerage sales team at Bank & Vogue Ltd.About the Role:- Lead a team of Sales & Purchasing Account Managers (10+) to negotiate and arrange transportation for wholesale volumes of second-hand products between vendors and customers.- Partner closely with the Business Development Manager, as well as the Training and Support Manager, to expand the business.- Support the Account Management team in onboarding and organically growing new accounts.- Monitor team performance and coach around growth opportunities.- Collaborate with finance and accounting to support the collection of outstanding Accounts Receivable.- Develop measurable sales and purchasing strategy plans.- Hold the team accountable for delivering results.- Act as a point of escalation for critical customer and internal issues.- Conduct analysis to manage sales & purchasing performance against corporate objectives.- Foster a collaborative environment to engage and inspire team members.What you'll offer:- A Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.- Experience building and leading sales teams.- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.- Strong communication and presentation skills; a confident public speaker.- Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically (4-5 weeks a year on average).- English language proficiency is necessary; Spanish fluency is a definite advantage.What we can offer you:- Competitive compensation package.- Performance-Based Profit Sharing Program.- Flexible remote work policy.- Industry-leading vacation policy.- Comprehensive health and dental benefits.- Professional growth and advancement opportunities.- Exclusive retail discounts through our Perk Program.
