Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing of different approved societies.
Provide research and services to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at a good price.
Work as per the need of the client and financial abilities to propose investment areas of property and construction.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
Visit real property with possible buyers.
Complete documentation and paperwork.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Promote sales through advertisements.
Requirements
Working experience in Real Estate.
