JOB DESCRIPTION
Overseeing the customer service process via phone, email, and social media. Frequently follow-up with customers at all times. Communicate closely with salespeople to fulfill customer requirements. Agility in responding to customer queries and requests. Deliver fast responses and consistent service to maintain close relationships with existing and new customers. Attend all ad-hoc, urgent, and new tasks related to customers. Constantly follow-up on customer payments to assure no delay in payment terms. Work closely with each department to ensure smooth delivery to all customers. Participate in monthly inventory inspections. Monitor closely from customer quotations to purchase orders to invoicing and delivery-related matters.REQUIREMENTS
Process Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any discipline. Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service is an added advantage. Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and communicates well at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
