- Manage a team of financial advisors and work with team members to achieve goals and targets
- Works with the Unit Manager in driving initiatives and targets for the team
- Recruitment of financial advisors and ensuring activation of team members
- Assists in facilitation of trainings, coaching and mentoring and onboarding of financial advisors
- Provides financial planning to clients and works with clients to achieve financial goals and needs
