- Exceptional and demonstrableexperience working in the constructions industry with experience working on live projects.
- Experience working as a delay expert and/or a lead assistant in the infrastructure sector.
- Experience of dispute management and ideally had involvement in arbitration or Expert Witness proceedings.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes.
- Strong skills using relevant software tools, which includes but is not limited to the following: Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis.
- The ability to demonstrate previous work winning ability in securing fee earning quantum work for yourself and other consultants in the Asia Pacific region would be highly desirable.
