- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Medical Department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling communications.
- Appointment Coordination: Manage appointment scheduling ensuring efficient use of resources and timely follow-up.
- Documentation: Assist with the preparation and processing of documents.
- Coordination: Liaise with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth operations within the department.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate databases and generate reports as needed for department heads.
- Other Tasks: Assist with any other administrative duties or projects as assigned by the Medical Department Head.
