Staff Attorney Needed - Florianopolis

We are a dynamic US-based company, with an office located in Florianópolis, SC. Position Available: Licensed Attorney Location: Florianópolis Office (In-person position) Who We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Degree in Law with issued bar card.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Spanish speakers get preferential treatment.
• Technical Proficiency: Must be good with numbers
• Demonstrates a strong personality, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and direct effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting documents and preparing correspondence.
• Efficiently organize and maintain legal files and documents.
• Audit work performed by tenants or MEIs
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Brazilian tenants
• File lawsuits against persons and entities in Brasil on behalf of the company
• Apply for government contracts, permits and licenses in Brasil
• File for trademarks and patents
• Send cease and dessist letters

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: $700 to $1,000 US Dollars depending on experience and how well you interview.
• Performance bonus up to 100% salary
