Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven Account Manager, who is a solution-focused individual to support and service our existing customer accounts as well as source and develop new business opportunities across the Americas. The Account Manager will be a conduit between the Director, Business Development, Exhibitions & Events and our customers. You possess a cultivated sense of urgency and influence to steer customers towards closing deals for the right products in a timely manner. This position is focused on our Americas and Regional events and will report to our Director of Business Development Exhibitions & Events. Exceptional time management and efficiency are key to working in a small but growing team. This is an exempt, remote position and will report to the Director, Business Development – Exhibitions & Events. Core Responsibilities: Manage account contacts, lead opportunities, and quotes for trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and digital ads for the Americas region. Maintain sales analytics for regional accounts. Support the Director with sales presentations. Coordinate sponsorship deliverables and ensure on-time delivery to the customers’ expectations. Qualify leads prior to arranging meetings with Sales, Engineering, and/or Management. Collaborate with Director to determine strategic sales approaches. Support sales and sponsorship initiatives at trade shows and conferences. Receive inbound calls & emails, respond as appropriate. Provide analytics pertaining to sales, back-order lead-time, and lead to order trends. Support, communicate, and build effective relationships with customers (members/non-members). Meet regularly with Director of Business Development. Must be willing to travel 15%. Ideal Qualifications: College degree, or 5 years equivalent experience. Trade show and conference experience (Exhibit booth and sponsorship sales). Fluent in English – written and verbal communication. Strong public speaking skills, able to present to Director and Customers. Meticulous and committed to following proper procedures & protocol. Prior experience working in Salesforce helpful. Ability to develop relationships, build trust and identify when to be persuasive. Possess exceptional data entry skills and strong attention to detail. Possess strong computer literacy skills with Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook & MS Office. Flexibility with occasional calls outside of standard hours due to the global nature of our business.
