Department: Delivery Operations Are you a motivated leader with a passion for logistics and customer service? Join our growing team as a Team Leader and help us ensure smooth, efficient delivery services in Dehradun. Key Responsibilities: As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for: Recruitment and on boarding of delivery boy / Girls. Supervising and managing daily operations of the delivery team. Monitoring performance metrics and driving operational efficiency. Managing a team of delivery associates, providing guidance, and resolving issues. Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or courier services, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of delivery software and tracking tools.
