Warehouse and Logistic Manager
Role Summary:
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager oversees all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient replenishment and storage, inventory control, and timely distribution of fertilizers and pesticides.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement warehouse and logistics strategies to optimize operations.
Manage inventory control processes to minimize losses and ensure timely replenishment and availability.
Oversee the transportation and delivery of products to customers and distribution sites.
Ensure compliance with regulations for the storage and handling of hazardous materials.
Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams for seamless operations.
Must Have:
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in agrochemical or related industries.
Expertise in safety protocols for handling fertilizers and pesticides.
