Responsibilities:Develop the overall brand strategies in Pakistan, including localizing global brand strategies from HQ.

Identify and select the best media resources, celebrity resources, and co-branding resources to implement brand strategies.

Co-operate with the department manager to set up department structure and working processes.

Build good and healthy relations with stakeholders, including media and business partners.

Monitor, manage, and evaluate the execution of all brand activities, including ATL and BTL.

Localize Visual & PR materials provided by HQ and provide key opinions and advice to relevant colleagues.

Lead the team and coach the team when needed.

Job SpecificationRequirements:Education:

Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, journalism, or related subjects; overseas education is a plus.Language:

Native speaker; fluency in Mandarin or English is mandatory.Experience:

Minimum 7 years of practical and managerial experience in marketing/branding field; MNC background preferred.Communication:

Good communication skills in cross-cultural and cross-departmental coordination contexts.Personality:

Good team leader; driven, self-motivated, and willing to embrace a diversified culture.Knowledge:

Solid knowledge about local media, creativity, and brand activation knowledge.Willing to travel worldwide for business trips and willing to work in Karachi or Lahore (depends on company requirements).#J-18808-Ljbffr
