Key Responsibilities:

Asset Monitoring & Maintenance: Track and manage assets in SAP / REAMS, conducting regular physical inspections and coordinating repairs or disposals to maximize asset lifespan.

Data & Inventory Management: Ensure accurate asset records, update inventory, and prepare reports on asset performance and condition.

Asset Acquisition & Disposal: Oversee asset acquisition, transfers and disposals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Collaboration & Coordination: Work with IT, Finance, Operations / FMSD and other departments to align asset management efforts and train teams on asset management processes.

SAP & REAMS System Management: Maintain data integrity in SAP / REAMS, act as the point of contact for asset management queries and ensure accurate system updates.

Compliance & Audits: Ensure asset management practices comply with audit and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits to verify data accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field. Certifications in Asset Management or SAP preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of asset management experience, with a strong focus on SAP and IT systems.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana, asset management software, MS Office (Excel), and ERP systems.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess asset performance, lifecycle, and condition, and derive actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing asset records and ensuring data consistency across systems.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues in asset tracking, maintenance and system discrepancies.
