Job Summary:We're seeking a high-energy, fast-paced business development manager with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts. Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. We are looking for a career-oriented individual.
Responsibilities:Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Support in writing new business proposals
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
Strong communication and social media marketing, IT fluency
Competencies and Skills Required:Excellent written and verbal communication
Must have excellent negotiation skills
Must be able to create good presentations
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
Ability to work under pressure
Experience of bidding on online bidding portals is a plus
