Join us to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and help shape spaces with quality and precision.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive with a minimum of 5 years in outdoor sales, preferably in joinery, woodworks, or fit-out services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in generating sales, expanding our client base, and fostering relationships with clients in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Acquisition: Build and manage relationships with potential and existing clients, including homeowners, business owners, and industrial facility managers.Product Presentation: Present our range of products—joinery, custom furniture, woodworks, doors, and wood pellets—tailored to meet client requirements.Lead Generation: Conduct site visits, network, and cold call to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.Customer Consultation: Understand client needs, provide customized solutions, and conduct product demonstrations aligned with quality and budget expectations.Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Market Analysis: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to enhance sales strategies.Follow-Up: Maintain strong follow-up with clients for satisfaction, inquiries, and further needs.Reporting: Keep accurate sales records and submit regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in outdoor sales; experience in joinery, woodworks, or fit-out solutions preferred.In-depth knowledge of fit-out services, custom furniture, and wood products.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with effective time management abilities.Employment Type: Full TimeCompany Industry:Perfumery, Toiletries, Personal Care, CosmeticsDepartment / Functional Area:Business Development
