Job Description: What will you do? As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll build relationships internally and advise and influence the organization on people matters. We are looking for a colleague who is capable of advising senior management on a wide range of topics like remuneration, strategic workforce management, leadership development, etc. Your core activities will be: Provide pro-active advice to (senior) management including Executive Committee members on all people matters. Ensure efficient support in recruitment, performance management, and talent management. Advise on solutions to the business on employee retention, conflict resolution, compensation, promotion, policy compliance, employment law, and separations while using HR data and analytics. Establish and manage ongoing strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and with external suppliers. Lead bank-wide HR projects. You are an eager HR professional who gets energized by working together with a team and is result-driven. Master's degree in e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Law. Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and written. 10+ years of working experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Enthusiastic and flexible team player. Informal leader.
