Then this is the ideal role for you!Job PurposeAs the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the strategic vision and execution of our digital performance marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and profitable leads by shaping the performance channels into best in class lead drivers. You will oversee a team of performance marketing specialists, guiding them in optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid and organic search, affiliate marketing and direct performance partnerships. Your role will be pivotal in analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing performance-driven strategies to maximize the balance between ROI and sales.
