In this role you will report directly to the Controlling & Reporting lead, and have close alignment with all international controllers, the FinOps teams, our FinTech team, and multiple Business Teams. You are confident and take ownership of your projects, but also collaborate with and motivate your colleagues in helping to build a scalable finance domain of the future!

About you

Relevant (Post-) master's degree in Finance, Economics and/or Accounting

8+ years of experience in a Finance related role such as group controller, finance manager, auditor (manager level) or similar roles

Strong analytical skills, structured and accurate

Accounting expert in IFRS and/or Dutch GAAP

Excellent organizational skills - able to bring teams together and reach results

Excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills

Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in Dutch or German is advantageous.

Accounting system knowledge (Workday is a plus)

You'll work in an awesome scale-up environment with the freedom to drive your own projects and create a visible impact.

With more than 80 nationalities across 3 countries, you'll be part of a diverse company with plenty of cool stuff to get involved with, from board game evenings to after-work drinks to our company ski trip and more!
