We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Central European Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team (covering Europe, with focus on Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium). In this role, you will be responsible for growing our business by developing and executing country-specific marketing strategies for the Right Management brand while maintaining a strong dotted line connection to our global marketing organization. Your primary objective will be to adapt global and regional marketing initiatives to drive local demand, ensuring maximum impact and resonance with the target audience.Key Responsibilities:Country-Specific Marketing Strategy:Collaborate with the global marketing team to understand overarching marketing goals and strategies.Develop and implement country-specific marketing plans aligned with global and regional objectives, taking into account local market insights, cultural nuances, and consumer preferences.Adapt marketing campaigns, messaging, and content to drive maximum demand generation, and resonate with the local audience while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with global guidelines.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the target country.Analyze local customer behavior, preferences, and buying patterns to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to the global marketing team.Brand Management:Act as the custodian of the brand's image and reputation within the country, ensuring consistent representation and adherence to global brand guidelines.Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop localized brand assets, messaging, and collateral while maintaining brand integrity.Content Localization:Work closely with the global marketing team and design agencies to adapt and localize campaigns, marketing content and sales enablement materials, including website content, social media posts, emails, and other communication channels.Ensure that all content is culturally relevant, linguistically accurate, and tailored to resonate with the target audience.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, product, and delivery, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing between the country-specific marketing team and the global marketing organization.Budget Management:Manage the country-specific marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI.Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to the global marketing team.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.7+ years' experience in Integrated Marketing or Product Marketing.Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results (leads/demand) with a focus on country-specific marketing or international marketing.Strong understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.Experience in collaborating with global marketing teams or working in a matrixed organization with dotted line reporting structures.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders across different regions and teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.Experience in budget management and project coordination.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing approaches for the country.Fluency in Dutch, German and English (both spoken and written).Proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of HR Services industry, learning and development or outplacement solutions is a plus.What does the application process look like?1st interview with the Vice President Sales and Solutions of Right Management Europe.Assessments.2nd interview with the Vice President Sales and Solutions and the Brand Leader of Right Management Europe to discuss assessments.Both parties positive?
