Job Description Job Purpose:
A key player in Global Sourcing, driving Sourcing's vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry. Lead the set-up, maintenance and enhancement of systems and processes to improve overall costing performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, set up and maintain the implementation of costing systems infrastructure and system enhancements that will improve overall costing performance by working closely with key business partners across brands and other relevant functions.
Ensure all systems/system enhancements are pre-aligned, understood via training, smoothly, timely, and consistently implemented across Global Sourcing to facilitate operational efficiency.
Drive relevance and maintenance of costing frameworks used for adidas product costing.
Work closely with other functions and across Liaison Offices (LOs) to ensure consistent standards are smoothly and timely set and to guarantee internal and external buy-in.
Develop, implement and monitor the most efficient processes and policies.
Facilitate costing needs of Future/Advance Ops/MI innovations and ensure alignment on costing basic principles and framework whenever applicable to ensure costing viability and smooth handover to the Management Center during implementation at LO/supplier level.
Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas' Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant processes internally and externally.
Role model leadership to foster a culture of Diversity Equity & Inclusion that strives for an inclusive workplace.
Develop and coach the Sourcing Costing team to ensure the best standards of performance, appropriate skillsets, and strong succession plans are in place.

Strong financial acumen, analytical and negotiation skills
Strong presentation, influencing, people, and communication skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong ability to lead multidimensional teams
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree
Minimum 10+ years of experience with 3+ years of people management experience
