We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team based in the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in supporting both local and global HR initiatives, serving as the first point of contact for all local employee relations matters. The HR Business Partner will report directly to the local Head of HR but be an integral part of our wonderful global People Team, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and policies.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. Resolve conflicts and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of ITG policies. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate action. HR Support: Partner with the local Head of HR to implement and manage HR programs and initiatives that support the wider business goals. Collaborate with the global People Team to ensure consistency across our entire employee base. Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management, including performance management, career development, and succession planning. Talent Management: Support our Talent Acquisition Team by collaborating with hiring managers to support a seamless candidate journey. Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Identify and address talent development needs through training and development programs. Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and communicated effectively to employees. Monitor and report on HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Strategic HR Initiatives: Participate in the development and execution of global HR strategies and projects. Lead local HR projects and initiatives that support organisational goals and enhance employee engagement. Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of HR and Global People Team based on HR data and trends. Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing HR data to drive decision-making. Integrity: Demonstrates ethical behaviour and maintains confidentiality. Strong knowledge of Dutch labour laws and regulations. Experience in a global organisation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Dutch also is desirable.
