As part of our growing development of supports for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, we are now seeking applications for the below positions to join our Careers and Employment team.
WGSE REAL Job Coach- The Job Coach plays a pivotal role in the delivery of person-centred careers and supported employment practices within WALK and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of some key deliverables. Job Coaches are key drivers and champions in the organization's efforts to ensure people are supported to have the best possible life.
RLT Careers & Employment Facilitator- As part of the WALK Careers & Employment Programme delivery team, you will lead engagement with participants, identify vocational and transition goals as well as training and support needs to develop relevant experiences of work, work placements and sustainable further education, training, and employment opportunities.
Team Leader Learning & development- As part of the WALK Careers & Employment Programme team, you will support the Careers and Employment Facilitators to develop and deliver innovative employability skills training and experiences of work in partnership with deliver stakeholders.
