- Cold Calling & Outreach:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Engage prospects through email and LinkedIn outreach to introduce our services.
- Lead Qualification:
- Identify and qualify leads based on their business needs and potential fit for our services.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior team members.
- Market Research:
- Research industries, competitors, and target markets to identify potential clients.
- Keep updated with industry trends to refine outreach strategies.
- Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with prospects to nurture them into warm leads.
- Handle client queries and ensure a positive pre-sales experience.
- 0–1 years of experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- Basic understanding of marketing and integrated agency services is a plus.
