Project Manager Location: Lusk, Co. Dublin Salary: €75,000 - €95,000 (commensurate with experience) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a thriving construction contractor with a well-established presence across Leinster. Based in Lusk, Co. Dublin, this position involves overseeing a large-scale fitout and renovation project at a food processing facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects to completion while meeting industry and client standards. As Project Manager, you will report directly to the Contracts Manager and Director, collaborating closely with all stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Lead the programming and progress monitoring of works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building regulations, and client expectations. Coordination: Manage the installation of services, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and project teams. Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained, including RFIs, procurement schedules, technical submittals, and progress reports. Meetings: Attend and contribute to all project-related meetings, including daily whiteboard sessions and progress updates with design teams and subcontractors. Compliance & Standards: Supervise subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with contractual and specification requirements, BCAR standards, and safety regulations. Customer Focus: Cultivate excellent working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, acting as an ambassador for the company. Leadership: Drive efficiency across site operations, promote a culture of excellence, and support the company's growth and expansion objectives. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: Degree or higher diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related disciplines. Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial build and fitout project management experience, with familiarity in BCAR processes and M&E installations. Skills: Strong IT proficiency (MS Office, MS Project), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Attributes: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and leadership skills.
