HR and Payroll Coordinator Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering with an award-winning and long established business based in County Galway. Due to exponential growth in suppliers, this organisation is seeking a HR and Payroll Administrator to join their existing HR and Accounts team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR and Payroll professional to progress up within their career through gaining experience in utilising new payroll software and gaining administration exposure to all HR Generalist duties within a multi-site company operating across two countries. There is exceptional support from the HR Manager and Accounts Manager, alongside plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and progress through the business. Resolve HR queries regarding benefits, payroll and company HR policies/procedures Monitor employee attendance and conduct employee attendance reports Payroll Utilise the company payroll system to manage and process payroll Process weekly payroll for 250 employees across The United Kingdom and Ireland Ensure compliance with Irish tax systems, including PAYE, PRSI, USC, and other deductions. Full Job Description Available Upon Request The Person: Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing, administration and using payroll software systems Skilled in HR Administration including employee contracts, updating employee personnel records and drafting recruitment letters.
