Cpl Healthcare has an immediate requirement for a Consultant Ophthalmologist in Dublin city. The role will involve working across 2 clinics with a multidisciplinary private eye clinic specializing in general ophthalmology, cataract, glaucoma, cornea, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, medical retina and vitreo-retinal surgery & paediatric ophthalmology. The focus of the clinics is to deliver high quality, patient-centred eye care with an emphasis on excellent long-term outcomes.To be considered for the role, the following selection criteria apply:Registered on (or close to completing training and eligible for) the Specialist Register, Division of Ophthalmology with the Irish Medical CouncilPossess FRCSI (Ophth) Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.Possess a professional qualification at least equivalent to the above.At least three years satisfactory experience in hospital recognised Ophthalmic posts.Experience in retina, glaucoma, laser treatments (including YAG and argon laser), intravitreal injections, ocular side room procedures and cataract surgery, essential.Experience in oculoplastics would be beneficial but not essential.Eligible to work in Ireland.For further information, please contact Catherine Hoban on:€220000.0 - 260000.0 Per year Full time Permanent Dublin, Dublin, Ireland
