Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrators to join our clients. These roles are essential in ensuring the efficient management of contracts and compliance, as well as fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities (Contract Administrator):
- Assist in the development and negotiation of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Monitor contract compliance and track contract deliverables.
- Prepare and process change orders and contract amendments.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Address contract-related queries and issues from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving disputes and claims.
- Lead contract negotiation and management efforts for complex projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior contract administrators.
- Develop and implement contract management strategies and best practices.
- Evaluate and optimize contract terms and conditions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in contract administration.
- Bachelor's degree in or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
