Maintenance Engineer-Tetra Pak-Aseptic Packaging

Job duties include but are not limited to: We are looking for a maintenance engineer with experience in aseptic packaging to support the plant maintenance department in the preventive and corrective maintenance of filling and distribution solutions and equipment by Tetra Pak. The role will deliver preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.

1. Respond to maintenance calls throughout the factory and repair equipment.
2. Perform troubleshooting independently on equipment and determine failure reasons through proper root cause.
3. Inform relevant staff in a timely manner about discovered Technical Issues.
4. Participate in the installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade.
5. Update relevant staff on ongoing service activities and issues affecting the time or quality of ensuring good working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.
6. Execute all work in accordance with the company’s safety regulations and requirements.
7. Execute all work in accordance with the company’s standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety.
8. Comply with all reporting requirements.

Required Qualification: Education: Bachelor's in mechanical engineering. Work Experience: 5 years' experience in maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry. Proven experience as a Tetra Pak Equipment Engineer or similar role with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience. Strong knowledge and understanding of at least 3 platforms of the following Tetra Pak filling equipment:

1. TBA/8
2. TBA/19
3. TBA/22
4. A3 Compact flex
5. A3 Flex
6. A3 Speed

Strong knowledge and functional understanding of Tetra Pak distribution equipment including Straw Applicator, Cap Applicator, Multi-packers, and Cardboard packers. Knowledge and skills of automation platforms of GE Fanuc and Allen Bradley. Proficient in English. Required Professional Skills:

1. Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in machinery.
2. Developing and implementing maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns.
3. Improving machinery performance for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
4. Enhancing mechanical systems' reliability to minimize downtime.
5. Strict compliance with safety regulations for a secure work environment.
6. Skill in computer-aided design software for component improvement.
7. Maintaining high-quality standards in mechanical systems.
8. Effective communication for coordinating maintenance activities.
9. Analyzing maintenance data to make informed decisions.
10. Creative problem-solving and innovative solutions for maintenance.
11. Leading and motivating maintenance teams for efficient tasks.
12. Accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities.
13. Considering environmental impact in maintenance.
14. Staying updated on industry regulations and ensuring compliance.
