As the Head of Growth / Country Manager , you will be responsible for driving the companies market expansion and establishing the brand as a dominant player in your designated region. You will oversee all aspects of business growth, from building partnerships to executing localized campaigns and driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. - 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or related roles, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and financial services.
- Proven track record of driving user growth and revenue in a competitive market.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in the crypto/financial sector.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy tailored to the local market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities to meet KPIs, including user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including local influencers, media outlets, and financial institutions.
- Build relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Lead initiatives to onboard institutional investors, traders, and high-net-worth clients.
- Lead localized marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, events, and content creation, to boost brand awareness and user engagement.
- Work closely with global marketing teams to align local campaigns with the companies overarching brand narrative.
- Collaborate with PR agencies and local media for effective communication and crisis management.
- Build and manage a high-performing local team, including marketing, operations, and customer support professionals.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve personal and organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies for growth.
- Prepare reports for senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
