Receptionist Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greeting and welcoming: Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
- Membership inquiries: Handle inquiries about membership packages, pricing, and benefits.
- Check-ins and check-outs: Efficiently check members in and out of the studio.
- Problem resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by members or guests.
Administrative Tasks
- Scheduling: Manage class schedules, appointments, and reservations.
- Payments: Process payments for memberships, classes, and merchandise.
- Data entry: Maintain accurate records of member information, attendance, and transactions.
- Inventory management: Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
Facility Management
- Front desk maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Security: Ensure the safety and security of the studio and its members.
- Equipment maintenance: Assist with minor equipment maintenance or report issues to appropriate staff.
Marketing and Sales
- Promotions: Promote studio events, promotions, and membership upgrades.
- Sales support: Assist with membership sales and renewals.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
