Job Description
1. Ensure that all operations activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. (Starting from following up on the sales order on the system so that it is ready for delivery to the customer by the sales department until ensuring that it is prepared in the warehouse and ready for shipment at the appropriate time.)2. Manage day-to-day operations tasks, such as scheduling, logistics, and staff management. (Scheduling sales orders that will be delivered to customers and following up on their processing with the relevant departments)3. 3. Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. 4. Develop and maintain operational processes and workflows to ensure that resources are used efficiently. 5. Identify and address operational problems and inefficiencies, report these to the management team and suggest solutions. 6. Sending a report on the shortage of goods between warehouses for specific sales orders to be delivered to the locations specified within the sales order (transfer order report)7. Participate in the development of company policies, procedures, goals, and objectives that support the company's mission and vision.Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. -Good at communicating in English -From One to two Years’ experience as an operations coordinator, or in a similar role -Experience in project management, inventory management, and resource allocation -Familiarity with business software applications such as Microsoft Office & ARP system. -Proactive and able to work independently while also being part of a team. -All required data entry experience.Apply safely
