Affiliates & Community Manager (South Asia)Binance is the leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider whose suite of financial products includes the world's largest digital-asset exchange.Our mission is to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money.If you're looking for a fast-paced, mission-driven organization where opportunities to learn and excel are endless, then Binance is the place for you.Responsibilities(KOL Management)Proactively reach out to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network.Handle negotiations, onboarding processes, and any necessary paperwork to ensure smooth integration of new affiliates.Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build strong relationships.Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their effectiveness.Develop and implement promotional campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing ROI.Build reports using internal data to track and optimize the overall performance of the affiliate channel.Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead in the market.(Community Management)Actively engage with the South Asian community across various platforms (Telegram, forums, chat groups, etc.) to foster an interactive environment and assist community members with their inquiries.Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, such as meetups, events, workshops, webinars, and AMA sessions.Gather and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams, helping to shape product development and marketing strategies.Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment, using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deploy cross-functional community initiatives.Requirements3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space.Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.A business development background is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage a diverse community.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.Fluent in Urdu & English; other languages are a big plus.Working at Binance• Be a part of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem that continues to grow and offers excellent career development opportunities.• Work alongside diverse, world-class talent in an environment where learning and growth opportunities are endless.• Tackle fast-paced, challenging, and unique projects.• Work in a truly global organization, with international teams and a flat organizational structure.• Competitive salary and benefits.• Flexible working hours, remote-first, and casual work attire.Learn more about how Binancians embody the organization's core values, creating a unified culture that enables collaboration, excellence, and growth.Apply today to be a part of the Web3 revolution!Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
