The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is currently seeking applications for a Director Transition Team, to join the Transition Team on an ongoing basis. This position can be located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth. What we offer:

- Project management and coordination: Manage the ongoing process of transition from AAT to ART operations. Collaborate with business areas to integrate transition projects and initiatives into BAU operations. Maintain governance, reporting and record-keeping processes, and contribute to evaluation activities related to transition.
- Strategic advice and support: Provide strategic advice to senior management on issues related to transition, and contribute to the implementation of related organisational and service delivery improvements or initiatives.
- Planning and risk management: Identify and manage issues and risks relating to transition and the achievement of organisational objectives.
- Stakeholder management: Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial management support: Assist the Executive Director Transition & Executive Support to manage a budget, including financial monitoring and reporting.
- People management: Manage the Transition Team and ensure the Team works collaboratively and productively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant public service experience in leadership roles.
