Let's talk about responsibilities: As a Sleep Coach for EdenSleep, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Working within a sleep clinic and reporting directly into the Team Leader you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do. This is a unique and exciting role with diverse responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and support to people who want to improve their sleep quality
  • Administration and reception duties
  • Facilitate sleep tests and work closely with sleep physicians
  • Educate people on their sleep health
  • Find solutions that are tailored to the customer and assist people with their therapy and facilitate the sales of our medical devices
To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
  • Previous experience in a busy retail, customer service or administration role
  • Provide caring and outstanding reception duties to our customers
  • Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
  • A strong customer service focus that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
  • Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must.
  • An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
  • Any previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy or medical administration is highly regarded.
