You'll work closely with our leaders, marketing team, Engineering team, Sales team, operations team, support teams, and external partners. Your Mission, Your Impact The candidate will oversee all facets of service delivery operations. This role involves managing budgeting, profit and loss reporting, capacity planning, forecasting, fluctuations in manpower requirements, providing project management leadership, upholding technology best practices, and ensuring continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system availability, performance, and reliability. Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee the concurrent end-to-end delivery of multiple projects (with multiple engagement models). Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Get an in-depth understanding of the entire delivery cycle from project sales handover and kickoff through discovery and development + QA to Deployment and Support with the customer success team. Team Mobilization and Management: Build and lead a high- caliber team of engineers, designers, and professionals to surpass operational targets . Mentor and develop your team, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous learning. meet or surpass. Also set the required targets for each projects and inform the team members. Client Pulse & Engagement: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to proactively engage clients, ensuring high satisfaction, addressing concerns/ escalations and identifying opportunities for additional business. Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, providing strategic guidance and insights to help them achieve their business goals. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & PM Process Management: Develop and implement SOPs/ Processes/ Guidelines/ Formats/ Checklists/ Templates across departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency in service delivery that aligns with our business objectives. Build on top of our existing process database and QMS. Work closely with Team Heads and Subject Matter Experts to document existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Champion adoption of best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance project delivery effectiveness and efficiency. Resource Management & Optimization: Effectively allocate resources on projects to ensure optimal project staffing and utilization. Effectively predict and manage team sizes by skill groups, bench team size, and manpower budgets to fuel pipeline growth and strategic resource allocation. Use data-driven insights to predict and enhance our ROI. Work closely with resource managers to identify resource requirements and address resource constraints. Mentor and coach project management team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Financial Management: Monitor project financials, including budget, expenses, and revenue, to ensure projects are delivered within budget and achieve optimal profitability targets. Identify opportunities to optimize project profitability and drive cost-saving initiatives rationally. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among relevant internal and external project stakeholders, including clients, project teams, senior management, and Leadership. Organize and lead project status meetings, steering committee meetings, escalation meetings, retrospectives, and other relevant forums to ensure forward momentum, alignment, and transparency. Strategic Competitive Lookout: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and industry best practices/ trends/SOPs to refine delivery strategies. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to monitor engineering operations and adjust tactics accordingly. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop tangible risk mitigation/contingency strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery. Regularly review and communicate risk status to relevant internal and external stakeholders. We're Searching for Someone who is An Experienced Leader: [3] Boasting at least 10 years in software service delivery within the IT industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing processes, projects, and teams. Your expertise should encompass overseeing comprehensive delivery operations. An Achiever of Targets: A track record that showcases your ability to consistently meet and exceed service delivery goals by effectively managing resources and timelines. You should have demonstrated success in executing complex projects within stipulated timelines and budgets and scaling customer accounts. A Delivery Subject Matter Expert: Profound knowledge of software development activities and project management principles, including tailored Agile/hybrid methodologies, capacity planning, bench strength, and resource allocation. You are expected to have a thorough understanding of workflow dynamics and be skilled in crafting and implementing SOPs, Protocols, and Process improvement initiatives. Data Driven Analytical Strategist: Proficient in adopting a data-centric approach to define and manage KPIs, project metrics, and balanced scorecards. Your expertise should extend to utilizing data analysis to refine service execution, optimize training, and manage resources efficiently. Communicator & Relationship Expert: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships. Your ability to establish trust and rapport with both clients and internal teams is essential. Along with skills, capable of engaging with internal cross-functional teams, senior executives, and other stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations. Technological Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT technologies, frameworks, systems, and architectures essential for effective service delivery management. This knowledge will enable you to interface seamlessly with technical teams and align service solutions with business requirements. Adaptable and Inspirational: A dynamic leadership style that motivates, guides, and mentors teams toward achieving operational excellence. You should be an effective educator and adaptable to ever-changing client demands and market conditions. Self-driven and Multitasker: Demonstrates self-drive and determination while being flexible enough to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment. Possession of PMP, ITIL, SAFE, or Agile/Scrum certifications is considered advantageous. Good proficiency with Microsoft Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
