Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with international clients to identify and provide customized business solutions.
- Guide clients through the full business setup process in the UAE.
- Meet sales targets by developing strategic business expansion solutions.
- Coach and mentor teams across our overseas offices.
- Generate leads and establish relationships with new clients.
- Prepare tailored business setup proposals for clients.
- Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with global clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of company documentation.
- Use CRM systems to manage leads and nurture client relationships.
- Show strong commitment and perform well under pressure.
- Be flexible with working hours to accommodate global teams across different time zones.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in the UAE business setup industry, specializing in international clients.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business regulations, company formation processes, and investor relations.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets within a global market.
- Exceptional communication skills and expertise in managing client relationships.
- Ability to coach and lead teams across different regions.
- Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and a global outlook.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about contributing to the company's growth and success.
