Branch Manager PositionMy client in the Logistics industry has a Branch Manager position available in the Kimberley area.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAvailability of time and flexibility of schedules.Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams.Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the function.Motivate, train and develop leaders and operational teams.Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining safe working conditions for the team.Preserve the relationship with the client and with the clients of its client.Provide operational conditions for the execution of the team's routines and for obtaining results.Ensure market presence (clients of the client), attesting to the conditions and performance of the teams' service/deliveries.Develop and guarantee maintenance suppliers compatible with the needs of the company and its customer.Carry out People & Management routines, according to the People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety processes, among others.Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities).Strictly comply with all procedures, standards, and specifications of the company and the client.Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company.Commit to the operational goals defined together with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program.Desired Experience & QualificationsDegree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.Qualification or Degree in Management.5 - 10 years in a management role.5 - 10 years in the Logistics industry.Experience in HR Services, Recruitment & Selection.
