What you can expect The Events Consultant will join our existing team to help manage and support the growing demand for Online Event Support. This role will also support public and private training on all of Zoom’s services. About the Team This role is part of the Professional Services Organization responsible for the design and deployment of Zoom Phone and CX solutions. Zoom is a leading provider of video communication and collaboration solutions, dedicated to connecting people through seamless and innovative technology. Our objective is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve more through effective communication and collaboration. What we’re looking for
- Experience with Project Management and/or Hybrid or Virtual Event Management.
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware or software; can be Audio Visual (AV) and telephony hardware.
- Exceptional communication skills including clear and concise writing, engaging presentation style, and group facilitation skills.
- Leadership and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles.
- Experience working cross-functionally, especially with internal clients or subject matter experts.
