BIM Coordinator - Civil

About You

• The candidate shall be an organized, detail-oriented, experienced BIM coordinator. They are responsible for preparing Architectural, Structural, and Façade BIM models and construction shop drawings.
• The candidate should have at least 5 years of extensive experience in Revit Modeling and coordination - on LOD 400 details in Architecture, Furniture, Structure, Façade, and Structural Rebar Detailing.
• Perform assigned Revit modeling tasks including coordination and clash detection, and also assist with coordination meetings.
• Prepare shop drawings and details for the architectural, structural and Façade models as required by local or international BIM standards.
• Audit and federate models for project teams and provide technical support in utilizing BIM tools.
• Experience in project delivery based on BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and understanding of BIM workflows and processes.
• Must have experience in Managing BIM 360 documents or relevant platforms.
• Work experience in Dynamo scripting is an advantage
• Creating a Revit Plugin using C# and WPF would be an added advantage but not a must.
• Experience in Civil 3D and Infrastructure modeling would be an advantage.
• Experience in Rhino and Grasshopper would be an advantage.
