Responsibilities:

1. Effective client and customer relationship management
2. Achievement of sales targets
3. Effective operational management
4. Effective people management
5. Effective budget and financial management (as required by Business Unit)
6. Effective knowledge sharing (including management of field intelligence)
7. Effective administration and asset management
8. Effective teamwork and self-management

1. 5 – 6 years’ relevant experience in FMCG or sales environment
2. Relevant Diploma or Degree at NQF level 7
3. Strategic thinker with analytical skills
4. Ability to influence and motivate others
5. Excellent leadership
6. Good business and financial acumen
