We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, competitive, self-motivated, and trustworthy Project Manager for Diyar Middle East - Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications and Job scope:
- Demonstrated experience in managing Standard IT projects for Infrastructure Data Center/Network/Security.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring successful program completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring timely and effective risk management throughout the project.
- Monitor project expenses to ensure that they remain within budget, adjusting as necessary.
- Facilitate clear and transparent communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Manage project changes effectively, considering stakeholder needs and maintaining project scope integrity.
- Lead project reporting efforts, providing clear and insightful data on project progress, performance, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
- Conduct project retrospectives, gathering lessons learned and implementing improvements for future projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of the PMO and Account Management to align project objectives with customer expectations and business opportunities, ensuring a seamless flow of information for effective planning and execution.
Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in the IT industry OR very gifted with communication skills.
- At least delivered 2 Projects in IT sector.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering or equivalent.
Certifications:
- PMP certification preferred.
Skills:
- Fast learner and having passion and dedication to build a long-term career with our company.
- Good leadership, strategic thinking and organizational skills.
General Remarks:
- Preference will be given to Saudi nationals.
