Job Description: As a WFH Business Development Manager at Kairos Global Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while focusing on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the recruitment industry. Your primary goal will be to generate business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with clients.. There will be training provided! Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Meet or exceed business development goals, including revenue targets and client acquisition KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and business development strategies is a plus.
