Key responsibilities and accountabilitiesPlanning Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business strategies and operations plans aligned with organizational goals. Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes. Analyze KPIs, revenue projections, and cost structures to help in optimizing the resources allocation and drive financial performance. Partner with BUs across the department to drive alignment and facilitate strategic initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment conducive to innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and communication. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.Monitoring & Reporting Develop presentations for internal and external purposes, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment. Monitor project timelines and milestones, contributing to regular business reviews. Prepare regular reports and feedback for the Group Director, highlighting project statuses and key developments. Monitor variances, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate financial and operational performance to key stakeholders.Execution Coordinate with team members on ongoing projects and track progress and deliverables. Facilitate communications and meetings with potential clients and stakeholders. Develop and implement a project prioritization approach. Assist with preparations for conferences and exhibitions, including researching and organizing details for the Group Director, and attend events as required to provide support.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Hands-on experience in business planning, strategic analysis, and financial modeling. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights, especially for project progress, budgeting, and operational improvements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Fluency in English and Arabic. Proficiency in preparing and delivering clear and impactful presentations. Sound organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Familiarity with project management software (like MS Project, Asana, Trello) and proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
